We do ship to international locations and shipping costs are estimated by Canada Post. We DO NOT make money on shipping costs nor do we charge a handling fee.

Returns on secondhand clothing & used items are only accepted as store credit The returned item(s) must be sent back within 30 days of the purchase date.The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive your return a site credit for the amount of the returned item(s) will be created in your name. We will notify you by email once we have received and processed your return.

Returning Damaged / Defective Items

In cases of damage or defect, the return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email. In many cases, action (in the form of replacement, refund or account credit) can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim has been provided

If the damage / defect cannot be verified via email contact, the item may be required to be returned for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product.

Who covers the return shipping cost?

We will cover the shipping in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed to be defective.

For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns for new items (print on demand - digital art products) must be made within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
